	This picture is redone from a piece of an old painting I did several years ago now, for a surrealism project. My brother really liked this bit of it, and he wanted me to make a picture of it for him. I know what I think it means, but I'll let you all interperet it yourselves. ^_^ Done in Photoshop

22 Dec 2002	Brieanne	Loading... This picture.. gods. What's there to say, really? I mean, the rose is beautiful- given that I'm in love with roses. And the hand is magnificent! Maybe, if one bothered to look at this picture long enough, they could think that this pic represents the pain of love? I mean, there is pain through love, no matter what. Then again, tha's just my opinion. Either way, it's beautifully done. Keep it up!

The thorns encircling his arm seem to be partaking of his life force as they draw his blood - it is this life/love that is the beauty of the rose, and it is the life blood of the heart of the rose that drips back onto his palm completing the gift and the sacrifice.
