This is another one of my Spanish class creations, drawn with Micron pens and colored with Prismacolor markers. I decided it needed a more eye-catching background, so I added one digitally. Her face looks weird.

Actually, I think her face looks great. Another excellent costume - your creativity in fashion design knows no bounds. The colors are rich and eye-catching, and the chain mail itself looks authentically like real chain mail.

:-) Erin Redshaw replies: "Strangely enough, scanning this in somehow made the chain mail look more realistic. Really, it's just a pattern of little loops ;pGlad you like it! I think my costumes always come out looking the same, but people seem to like them *shrug* ^_^"

if spanish class makes you turn out drawings this good, you should schedule it for every period next year. Once again, just great, and her face doesn't look weird at all. I like the adventurous expression :?D

:-) Erin Redshaw replies: "i wish I could take spanish every period...it's an easy "A" plus free drawing time ^_^"

:-) Erin Redshaw replies: "I think everybody looks good in chain mail ;p"

you do a lot of work in spanish class. must be very easy, lucky you :wishes he could slack off in spanish and still get an "A":

I agree with you, the face looks a little off. I don't know why. luckily it doesn't ruin the rest of the pic or anything.

not too many elaborate comments on this one

its pleasing to the eye, meh, pretty much all of your work is.

keep up the good work

:-) Erin Redshaw replies: "Thank you ^_^"

On second thought, the shoes match her forearms. Yeah, my mind works in strange ways...

:-) Erin Redshaw replies: "Well...okay then. I know, when I get dressed, I *always* make sure my shoes match my forearms. What a fashion faux pas if they don't! ;p Just kiddin. Thanks for commenting ^_^"

I think her face looks great - very self-assured, almost cocky. I love her outfit. The shoes don't quite fit, though...too sweet looking, a lioness wearing slippers.

Senorita's class is so great. Even I can draw almost decent stuff in there. ^.^ Very creative title, by the way...

:-) Erin Redshaw replies: "Hehe, glad you like. Not sure what you mean about the shoes, but I'll certainly take it into consideration. ^_^"

she looks a lot like the "short shirt long jacket" girl. Both awesome, though. 1

:-) Erin Redshaw replies: "Haha, thanks. These were drawn around the same time, maybe I was just stuck on that girl, lol."

I think the face is awesome... at least for my standards. When I draw people, I try to draw them with long hair covering their faces because, plainly, I suck at drawing faces. But of course I'm just a teen starting out... But I still think the face is good!!

I love the costume and the movement! So neat....not sure if I’m crazy about the digital background, though. But amazing job nonethless.

There is no way in hell you did that with pens and markers, take a look in an image editing program and you’ll see that there are obvious signs of editting on the computer.
