With the cross over movies that were made recently, namely "Freddy versus Jason" and "Alien versus Predator", I wouldn't be surprised if a "Lord of the Rings" meets "Star Trek", or something like it, came out eventually. Seriously, we have Wyverns and a Library. There's nothing we can't do (have you ever been hit in the face with a book? not fun.)
