Especially since it's a self-portrait of sorts ) *goes to get her eyes checked, as she first read "poignant" as "pregnant"* ;oP"
| 20 Jun 2003 | Brittany L. Coombs | Loading...this is a fantastic picture. It is really beautiful. the only criticism that i have is that, to me, wings would grow out of the middle of the back rather than further on the sides. does that even make any sense? anyways it is a beautiful picture Erin N. Conley replies: "Hmm a fair point ) It's really hard to tell with fairies...dragon wings tend to grow from the shoulders...and I've never seen a butterfly up close enough to tell whether they grow from the sides or middle...*shrugs* so I had to just guess ;o) Besides, this way I had less hair to dodge *cough* ;o) Thanks for the comment!</a></i></a></b></a></i>" | |

Conley replies: "Well, considering the photographer was my sister, and she's already seen the picture, and hasn't objected, I assume that means I have her permission! ;o) And thank you, the wings were the hardest part, since they were the only part I added ;o) And...why yes, sunsets ARE always sunsets *gives you a slightly perplexed look* Thanks for leaving a comment! )"

Conley replies: "hehe now you're talking...perhaps you can catch a glimpse of fairy wings in just the right light at just the right time....I see a fantasy movie starting to form here ;o)"

But one picture that is an obvious photo manipulation is "Attack of the Space Demons 2; the invasion begins". If you haven't seen it during your last visit to my gallery, take a look, I think you'll find it interesting. You have the right idea with your picture but the wings you added are very faint and hard to see. I could give you some ideas on how to make them more prominent if you're interested. Erin N. Conley replies: "Thanks anyway, but having the wings be nearly transparent is exactly what I was going for )"

I like your long hair !!! Erin N. Conley replies: "Well, if you ever get your hands on a copy of Photoshop, go to www.good-tutorials.com, they've got lots of good tutorials there (not surprisingly). Thanks!"
