Unfortunately the real computer-edited image was destroyed during a tragic computer crash

So all that's left of the original picture is this printed picture which faded a bit and got staines on it, but it's better then nothing I guess.. :p

The hands and hair in this work are my own by the way :p

I drawed it for an assignment from school; we had to make a modern surrealistic work.

Wow! This is spectacular! That shark has a long tongue. Somehow the title and the man's expression hit on my black sense of humor1 Good job!

it's really weired.. I like the choice of colors..
and what I like in the drawing that u managed to show the suffering and the fear of the case without makin the picture a bloody one,.. good work!

This is def. intense. I love the exspression of his face and his twisted contorted body. Amazing emotion!

really nice job, shame you lost the original. After I switched computers my backup art disc was bad unfortunately, so I lost quite a bit a few months back.

:-) Jolanda Eriscapella Ketels replies: "Thank you. Well my father still has a copy of this work which is in better quality. The copy I gave him was so large that my hands where exactly as big as the hands on the picture 14"

Very interesting work, I especially love the perspective in this one, it makes the picture so much more intense. The whole composition adds to the character’s fear this way. Also you managed very well to combine photography and drawing into one single image. Nice colour palette as well, it really suits the subject.

Truly a surreal piece of work. I loved your character, his twisted look (well no wonder, he is being chocked by the massive shark’s tongue after all 1), beautiful!
