The darkness that is your life...

are the shadows the veil your sight.

The sun that finds no way in,

has you living in the abscence of light.

It's odd to wonder how this all began,

odd how you feel so forsaken.

You pray every night the light can find its way,

but the rage is consuming you from within,

and her memory haunts you every day.

it drives you so hard to hide behind the pain

She lingers on your mind

it's the hate that never seems to fade...

You love her,

You hate her,

'...I can't live without her...'

Screams are so loud but she can't hear.

You've pushed her so far away.

Why does it have to be this way?

Your ability to love is so, so far gone,

It's so easy to be afraid,

and hide away from your fears.

Maybe it's time to look beyond,

push away the hate,

and once again embrace her golden light

The unity in the pictre is great. I really like how the coils below the dragon are carried across into her hair. The detail is astounding. It's hard to belive someone DREW this. Wow.

The composition of this picture is quite haunting, with the general darkness, the severeness of the dragon's expression, and the way the woman's portrait shines out from all that.

It's so beautiful...well, in the scary sort of way. ^-^ You did a fantastic job with the colors, it must of killed you to do all those light and dark tones together on the stone sculpture um...thing. Oh, speaking of that, it sort of reminds me of Cloud's pin ~_^
