This time I think I could sit here forever.
My thoughts are full of what I think everything could be,
but we both know they're just pretty lies.
If only I could find a real way to tell you I'm sorry,
because I know I'm reaching for something that isn't there.
And I see clearly now now that I could have tried harder.
I just want you to know I understand.
I wanted to tell you goodbye,
But I realize that second chances are lost like falling stars,
and all the wishes in the world can't bring you back to me.

I listened to "Shattered" by Trading Yesterday when viewing this artwork, I think it fits. Good luck with the competition, if it’s still running.
