A very short piece written about a year ago and then polished until shining ( or very nearly anyway).I really like this piece, it turned out pretty much the way I wanted it to be from the beginning. While I worked on this I always thought of a place in the middle of an ocean with the stars shining brightly above, no land in sight, or a ... something, floating in the black space above the planet.

Born at the end of the world

Dead with a ray of light

Never knowing of a world beyond

Wrapped in innocence and might
