There´s some really good pictures in this gallery, Erika, and I´d love to see some more soon! Erika Schulz replies: "Thank you. It's all about the texture, and layers. Lots and lots of layers. More pic's are coming."

I think the different textures and layers and the choice of colours really represent Shakespeare's style so well, I don't know if that was intentional but this piece really speaks volumes to me!

| 23 Oct 2002 | Channy | Loading...Its incredible! ilove it how do u do such great art work? what techneqes do u use? Erika Schulz replies: "It is a Collage. So basically that means I throw a bunch of stuff at a piece of paper. I spend a lot of time chooseing the papers and arranging the composition to get the right composition and feeling. That is what takes the most practice because you only have one shot (no eraseing). " | |

I love. Seriously. Erika Schulz replies: "I am seriously happy you like it. Especially since you are a shakespeare lover. I like to know when I get the feeling of a character right. Thanks. "

| 9 Aug 2004 | Haubrich | Loading...Hi, As I am working on a "A Midsummer Night's Dream" project for over a year... I am amazed by this picture. I think you got something very special in it which describes pucks character perfectly well. I am quite sure that this a perfect description for what I think he stands for: nature, emotion and wildness. One question: What things have you used for this collage? They are not self made, are they? Erika Schulz replies: "The mask is watercolour, so yes I did that, the rest of the collage consists of Japanese printed papers, handmade papers, stickers, and a little bit of drawing. Im glad you like it. Thanks." | |
