This is....amazingly beautiful. I simply love it.
I've always lived the idea of waternymphs...undines... Especially the ones that are not compared to mermaids. And, of cours, the perfect blue coloring doesn't bring it down either. ;P Erika Schulz
replies: "Yes! I understand competely about the mermaid thing. I really wanted her to be more elemental, which is why I made her hair like moss. I may eventually do more pics with her. I have so many ideas. Thanks."

There is a conntest called Spectrum that puts out a nationally published book of fantasy and sci-fi illustrators and artists. This is fantastic, Erika. You should certainly consider sending this one into competition. I think you'd make it in! Erika Schulz
replies: "OMG! You think this is good enough for Spectrum? I'm soooo flattered. I was thinking of entering this year but I chickened out. I will deffinatly give it a go next year after that vote of confidence. Thanks."

My favourite picture in your wonderful gallery. I love how you use different media and collages in a same picture. And colours are gorgeous. So dreamful and magical.
