SciFi and Fantasy Art Scrif by Eugene Randolph Young


	Another character from the invader sun storyline (see Tulip) His name is Scrif. I wanted this piece to reference the gradual and catastrophic climate changes his clan had to survive. Strong Froud influences here. The box in a box scheme evolved from the Sombra experiment.

What a mischievous expression you have given him! I really like the "nested" picture, with the coolness on the outside, warmth on the inside. Very effective. Really, this is beautiful, right up there with Froud. He should be proud to take you on as a collaborator. Seriously. *Climate change...Makes me think of my physical science ice age earth class!
