You work on your stuff, and you'll see you be very good some day.
Work on the facial structure, esp. the mouth. Your eyes are rather good.
And look how other artists shade. Try to actually get some shadow in there.
Stick with the face until you feel you know how to do it, then start on the rest of the body.
