	I met a lady in the meads, Full beautiful - a faery's child, Her hair was long, her foot was light, And her eyes were wild. -Excerpt from "La Belle Dame Sans Merci", by John Keats, 1819 If you've read the full poem, (and if you haven't, please do!) you know that this is no happy love scene, and that the young knight is in fact, doomed.

26 Apr 2008	Anonymous Poet	Loading... that’s absolutley lovely crystal!! you have a real talent, and though I can describe your picture with beautiful and elaborate words, i find woe in the fact that I cannot draw anything as wonderful as your ’la belle dame’ (french, correct?) She and her gown are simply marvelous. I have yet another inquiry: I have, upon your suggestion, read the whole poem, and I fear that i do not understand it much at all, is she a vampire or simply an evil faery? Please forgive my dreadful ignorance, for I have never quite understood this ’shakespearean’ way of writing. Yours Truly, Anonymous Poet
