Nice updates! This is great! I just saw that "Mummy: Returns" movie, so I got Eqyptian on the brain. Hmmm. Probably thinking about the library books that she forgot to return in the fourth Dynasty. Library books ... that reminds me.
Ok I like the way the face is made to almost look painted but I am not sure about the lens flare. Over all I like.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------i didn't like the flare as well but it was to late to change it - it will take more time then redoing all the pic all together!

i like the portrait! you.. did get this effect out of her face. a little comment, the boreder lines are too contrast.. the only thing that's not perfect. The rest is awesome.

:-) Evgenia Auslender replies: "thanks, i'll keep in mind the border lines for my next pics"

This is wonderful, but I do agree with the above comment about the borders being a bit dark 2 I love her expression, she looks so wise. It's beautiful.

:-) Evgenia Auslender replies: "thank you. yes , the borders are too much, but i just cant go back to a pic that i considered finished for so long, it just feels not right."

Beautiful. I love her expression...Was this taken from a photo like the rest, or done from scratch. Either way it is a great piece of artwork!
14 Dec 2006:-) Anne Wipf
I would be better if the right bottom corner was not so dark and if the bottom of the face was lighter. Nevertheless, a beautiful work.
