And dont let anyone say you are not a great artist! *hands chocolate cookies* all done now, go recover from my random visitness. Eeva Rossi replies: "I'm not so very good at drawing, but thanks."

Well, I like your light, fluttery style and the way you give your characters a certain aura. Very interesting and also very impressive! Well, must fly. Great work here, I hope to see more! Eeva Rossi replies: "Thank you for commenting, it's nice to know that people who visit my gallery leave something behind. Nice, that you like my style and art, I don't always consider myself to be talented...nice, that someone does! I'll post more in the near future."

Eeva Rossi replies: "You depressed me a bit, you know. I thought someone had finally visited me and then it was just you, no hard feelings anymore, though.I'll redo the thumbnail. Thanks for stopping by, dear. Namarďe "

I know this is shameless, but there is a pic on my page called "Wish You Were Here" that you might like for that very same tour. Enough conceit, I like your simple lines. It's hard to convey a lot with a little, so you've got a good thing going. I'd like to see more, so let's get those updates going! Eeva Rossi replies: "Actuallly, my style is the way it is because I'm kind of impatient upon drawing. Or more simply put, I'm bored if I work on something for over 45 mins, hence the simple lines and sketchyness. I liked your pic, I think I'll put it on the tour.More updates will come after the 17th, that is to say as early as thursday when I've seen Return of the King."

On something of a pluggish note...would you include my "Contrast and Longing" picture in your tour? Eeva Rossi replies: "Why thank you. I like that little elfie a lot myself too. I liked your piece 'Contrast and Longing' and I'd love to add it to my tour as soon as I update it."
| 28 Dec 2004 | Manon Volbeda | Loading...Hey, you've got a nice profile gallery overhere! Keep up the good work!(profile rocks) Eeva Rossi replies: "Thank you, praise is what keeps me flowering. Of course I draw mostly for my own pleasure, but it's always nice to hear that my work brings visual delight to someone." | |

Eeva Rossi replies: "Yes, reference would be good. Myself as an elven woman? Hmm...oh yes, a billowing dress with nice long sleeves and some nice jewelry in my hair.. Wish I actually had hair-ornaments."
| 29 Mar 2006 | Rochelle Green | Loading...Hello E. Rossi! I've followed you here through some comments you left on other people's galleries. I am picking up on this air of depression, but I am not sure if this is the case at all...It just interested me, I guess. You are into translation and things like that - this is very unique. Keep up the good work with your art, you have some wonderful beginnings here. All it would take is a bit of extra work to bring you to the extra level, and maybe that's what you want? I know for me, when I feel down I always push harder to lift myself up. That's the only way I can do it. That's the only way I can look at something and go "Yeah, that's da sheeet right there!" And it's a long haul, but it's sooo worth it! Sorry if this was completely irrelevant. Eeva Rossi replies: "Yes, I always underestimate myself art-wise and at times with other things too. And I know, as you pointed out, that I could do better art. I want to improve, I do, there have been some personal issues which have dragged me down for a long while now. Ensuing in some crappy art and artists block.Thank you for the moral boost, it wasn't irrelevant at all. Pointing it out to me makes me want to try harder. And then maybe, just maybe, I'll get some new art up. " | |
