Hi, my name is Jinx Avila. I've just recently returned to Elfwood after a one a half year art hiatus. During this time I've been experimenting with just about everything. My style, my painting techniques, with colored pencils, with ink. I haven't been creating as much art as i'd like to, but i do hope that everyone enjoys my new pieces. :)

One last thing.. I'd like to thank everyone for all the wonderful encouraging comments. =) Take care all.

Hey. I've just looked though your gallery, and it is very cute. ^-^ You seem to have a consistent style. I could however wish for a bit more variation in you themes and motives. 90% of it seems to consist of cute little fairies looking out at the viewer. I know it's tricky since Elfwood only allows fantasy/sci fi, and you could very well do all your experiencing on other types of themes. Or maybe you just draw what you love to make. I just... Think I see a pattern in your pictures. ^_~

I just love you specific style, the round faces, the simple settings... and the froggies!! Your fairies remind me of my childhood, for some reason. Anyways, great work, keep it up!

all og them are just so pretty. I agree with that other comment above, it remained me of childhood. of being in a dream. you could surround yourself with all those retty little things and just fade away into a wonderland.... umm... keep it up, i'll go get myself committed.
