Well this idea just poped out of nowhere. I made this piece almost a year ago. This was my first landscape included drawing. I was actually following the idea of a girl with flowing hair and cloak. And she suddenly became magical. Ok the scene is like this that this Sorceress is watching her home from far away. She can see it, but can't actually reach it in a hurry. She has to go long way to get there. But the sense of being home already, is shown by the wind that welcomes her cheerfully. This seems old to me now. But I still enjoy the oldies.

Wow... *stares for a while* I have _got_ to learn how to draw backgrounds like that. And how to get my shading that beautiful. This is really wonderful work, you should be proud. I'm especially fond of that staff of hers.

I must say you have a wonderful talent for showing movment, you can almost feel the wind whipping at her, its very very nice... (knows nice is a lame word, but it is 1am and her brain stoped working hours ago)

This is amazing! You are truly gifted. The amount of detail in all facets of this piece are completely amazing. I love the way you can feel the wind whipping up out of the gorge. Wonderful job with shading and perspective. I long to someday draw like this...

You're an inspiration!

22 Farah 'Immortelle' Ahmad replies: "Wow. Now that is kind of "long time no see" for someone with comment of what they felt. I really admire when people try to step inside the picture imaginatively and feel the atomsphere. Thanks a lot Ben.2 That was great."

wow. I'm.....speachless. that's the word I'm looking for. Speachless.

You see, I'm what we call in Sweden a 'lajvare'. I'm not sure what it's called in english, but it's living roleplay (translating directly here, I'm sure there's no such thing.)
The things is, I have this charcacter I've developed over the years, and she's become quite a friend of mine. I call her Newrasis, and she's how I would like to be (thus the nickname).
Anyways, when I went in here, I was thinking of her, of one of her many advetures, and then I got to see this. It's so perfect. It's so perfectly her. You've just captured her in the most brilliant way here, without even knowing it. Can you read minds? Cause this really is her, and I've never really told anyone about her except for some friends and fellow players in so called 'lajv'.

Thanks for doing this magnificent piece of art and helping me to develope Newrasis many adventures. You are truely brilliant.

PS. Do you mind if I link this page to my user on a Swedish communitysite? It'd be great.

2 Farah 'Immortelle' Ahmad replies: "Like I already have emailed you. But hey, thanks again. It's ok that you added this at the community. And you are quite welcome. But actually it was my own pleasure as well on doing this piece. It was totally out of the blue if one comes to think of it though 16. Maybe it was a transmission from your mind I recieved. 1. J/K Thanks again."
