Wow, cool hair! I don't see anything wrong with her neck. It just looks a little small because the hair is hiding the rest of it, and she look like a small neck kind of person anyway. Mucho grande coolness on the shading.

You are a wonderful artist, this is one of my favorite ones! I absolutely love the way you did the hair, I have just gotten into seriously drawing (by my dad, who when he isn't busy,rushes for his art supplies and draws for hours!), and I've been messing around with hair styles. I also make the heads WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too small for the bodies but I'm working on that! 2
