O.K. I'm not sure where that came from.   I was reading a book by Marion Zimmer Bradley, the Forest House.  They kept talking about the ravens and such.... so I think that influenced it.  It looks O.K.  He's wearing some kind of raven cloak, mabey he's a druid and its part of a ceremony who knows.  The cloak flies back becoming wings or at least that's the effect I wanted.  I wanted to put some celtic knots in there but I'm not sure on it now, any comments would be apreciated.

This is a lovely picture - the softness of it and the limited use of colour. It has an air of an ancient myth about it and reminds me of the brilliant soft pencil sketches by Alan Lee.

If you are still interested in Celtic knots, try Dover.com - they have books/booklets on how to draw them as well as discs of patterns you can use freely in your artwork. Great source of many art books and images.
