I met this scienist when he (she, it?) was collecting some samples in the woods...

The spaceship is my "Old Faithful" made of some plastic dinnerplates and other stuff. The alien is made of wire, tape, plastic and cardboard. The landscape is from my neighbourhood. "Paint" has brought the different picture-elements together. Light-effects added with the aid of "Photoshop".

what a lovely planet... if only i could get this bloody mask off... but i just had to forget the key for it at home T_T
the pics seem very real, though the editing signs are visible 12

:-) Per Johansson replies: "Thank You, Dragomir! But I’m not quite sure what You mean with "edititing signs"?"

i means those marks that show that this picture was photoshoped 12 also i don’t know if i’m right about this but i think the angle of your sun here is a little off by a couple degrees... (i’m reffering to how the light hits the ship and the alien in comparation to how it hits the plants... it also seems to be a difference of intensity... the sky in the picture was a little clouded from what i see and the moment when this picture was taken seems to be when the sun was behind a very transparent cloud... kinda like full bloom autamn sun 2 while the intensity of the shine on the space alien and ship indicates a powerful sun like in the full spring... also the sun shinning on the ship is like a 12 o’clock one while the one on the grass, and plants is like a 2-4 o’clock one (thats 2-4 pm)...
i think i got it right 2

:-) Per Johansson replies: "Aha! Thank You, You are very observant, Dragomir! As You understand, the landscape and the two models were photographed at different places and at different times. I have made model-photos where I photographed the models on the same spot and at the same time (almost) as the background to get the light right, but those photos don’t fit here on Elfwood, showing just ordinary aeroplanes for example."

I forgot what I wrote, but this picture is worth a second look. Thing with the sun and sky and all that, a hazy sky can be just as bright as a clear sky. Look at photographs of the sky and in some of them, the sky appears white. I like the ship too.

:-) Per Johansson replies: "Thank You, John. Well sometimes just part of the sky is hazy and the sunshine can be quite bright on the ground."
