/A sword, dagger, club, spear is a "male" symbol. Women needs something that doesn't remind them "that". An axe does not remind them "that"/
So what would happen if you give a lady an axe? She'd enchant it with flowers? The most unlikely. Maybe the smith was in love? Probably? I am in love? Sadly not.

Let's make a blade out of gold and fire. People would think about phoenix - again. 
Elwen craftmanship for the guards of Lahatarim tree. These guards wear some kind of bracelet that negates the weight effect of the items they are carrying. This goes for the blade and heir plate mail. Mithral staff are usually light. Gold is not. Would you be eager to block a sword that 8kg and flikes like an arrow towards you? Course not! And it is singlehanded

Azért készülnek aranyból, mert egyes tűz alapú létformák el tudják érni, hogy testükön a varázslatok és mágikus tárgyak is gond nélkül szánkázzanak át. Ebbe a kardba valami olyasmit építettek, mi ezt kiküszöböli. Meg amúgy is olyan szép!
