How pretty! how gorgeous! i know i'm weird, but i love how you drew her arms and hands. her face is quite lovely too! and the pearls- that was a unique idea. greato jobo.

:-) Natalie Paquette replies: "I realized when I was drawing this that I should put coloring/markins elsewhere on my mermaids, not just on their tails, to help incorporate that fish feel or something - less like half human, half fish - more like a hybrid."

How is it I keep missing the coveted first comment on these new pieces? Curses! *shakes a furry fist* I told you the first time I saw this, I love it. She's all sinuous and eel-like and just so... supple. Supple is good. 2 Love the pearls - they flow fabulously.
