Are you getting a lot of snow where you live? I’ve been reading about the weather going on in Europe.

I want snow! I want tons of snow. I want my car buried up to the door handle in snow.

10 cm of snow is good, nice bike riding snow.

The snow was great, then it went down to minus 12 Celcius with windchills down to 20 Celcius. <== Teeth chattering. Car batteries died. We’re getting little bits here and there now.

Couldn’t build a snowman, it hasn’t warmed up enough.

I am really enjoying looking at the improvement and change in your work. I like checking the submission dates on images, and in your work it has been especially interesting.

I agree with Heather. Your latest updates show a marked improvement in your art. And it’s good you’re trying different subjects.

Try this: From the FAQ:

Q:How do I join another area, like, I want to publish stories too but I only publish pictures now ...

A: Unfortunately, Elfwood was designed ages ago to have a very tight connectivity between content type (image, story, etc) and the user profile name. In practice, this means that you need to sign up for a second user profile at Elfwood. Follow the normal procedures to do this, then make sure to upgrade your account and join the new content type area you want.

Hint: Under the ’Personal Settings’ you can then manually link the user name of your previous user profile to the new one, making these little navigation tabs appear on your page to easily take the users to your other profiles.

In other words, try a username like, fidreamer 2, for example.

This would be true if you wanted to start a Writings tab also.

Great job on your updates! Practice is paying off. The sci-fi fantasy art looks really good, but the improvement really shows in the two Other Works updates. The eyes of the subject look much more realistic, but you’ve always done well with the look of the eyes. And the basic realism of the face is much, much improved!
