Beautiful! Where to start? I think I'll do some listing..

1) I love your sky, to begin with, the bold lining of the clouds is really effective against the rest of the sky - they look nice and bright!
2) Wonderful tonal work on the space behind them.
3) Nicely shaped moons and what have you - brilliant having more than one - and the silhouette! I love it!
4) I can't find any flaws with your character there...She's very sweet looking, with such an innocent face...Though with that sword of hers...O.o
5) A great job with the tonal and shading work in general, I'd say. It works really well, and to great effect!
6) Might there be colour planned at all? I hope there is.

As cover art, I think this looks great! It seems to be fitting for an amount of written information, has a good focal point, and really draws you in. The viewer (in my opinion at least) is presented with a good number of triggering features that will lead them to make presumptions and ask questions, always good grab your readers!
