	The background is a photo I took from my front yard of the full moon. The dragon was drawn in using Ulead PhotoImpact 5 and an Aiptek tablet pen.

Photoshop's made by Adobe, PhotoImpact's made by Ulead. Both great programs in their own right, it really just depends on what you want from your program."
