Meet Astrid. She is eleven and the sister of a young king...

This is actually my entry in a competition held by Jenni Mills over at Deviant Art. Competitions are good for creativity I think, I had fun painting this!  It´s watercolours and some gouache.

woooooow, once again kajsa you’ve created such a beautiful painting...2!!! i absolutely LOVE her pose, the way she’s standing there, she looks so proud, so serene, so happy with herself and everything else, and the way she’s enjoying her surroundings, the nature and all, the wind in her face, is seen in her face, SO good and beautiful!!! i also love the detail of the wind getting the flowers in a beautiful shape of a spiral, and the landscape around her is breathtaking... and i love her hair, wow2!!! i wish you loads of good luck for the competition, let us know how it went2!!!
