	Here is an old painting, originally an illustration for a short novel published in a Swedish magazine years ago. It is watercolours and white gouache.

3 Jan 2009	John R Farley Jr	Loading... The white glow in her hair is beautiful, like a beam of sunlight lighting it up behind her head. Of course I see my favorite breed of dog, the black Laborador. Even in the distance you can tell he’s got the wonderful big square head. Those sparkles sort of dripping off her fingers are well done, considering it’s a not a special effect out of Photoshop. Very nice painting.

The more I look at the painting, the more I can imagine it coming to life - hearing and seeing the magic from the ring, the dog sniffing the cool air. Very well done! -^_^-
