this is my idea of the death of a unicorn. it lays down and turns into the landscape. my scanner ate it.

It seems a more gentle death; he doesn’t look in pain... just returning to nature as it should be. Very nice idea.

What a lovely concept. Unicorns are tied into the land already, so it makes perfect sense that one would go back into the land. It also speaks of the cycle of seasons-the land sort of "dies" in winter, to be "reborn" in the spring. A nice partner piece to this one would show how a unicorn in born!
