SciFi and Fantasy Art Karras, the half orc by Damian "GrayWolf" Fraustro

Originally it was just a sketch, but it had so much personallity that I ended up creating him a background and story.
Most people that have seen it have liked it. I hope some of you do to.

His story? Well, it goes something like this:
He's the son of a powerful orc chieftain, who got to unify many savage orc tribes. Unfortunately, he was killed by a group of adventurers (who were defending an elven village), so his little son grew full of hate against them.
Many years later, Karras (now a grown up strong and intelligent half orc) repeated his father's doing, uniting a lot of orc tribes.
His motivation? Revange... His weapon? The power bestowed to him by some unknown and supra powerful patron.

7 Feb 2003	Lieuwe Boer	Loading... Yeah, I like this. It's great that you ink your drawings to make them look 'finished', and it's easier to colour them too, if you ever intend to do that. Your hatching practice also paid off. But now you got me wondering about that background... How about adding it to the description? Damian "GrayWolf" Fraustro replies: "Colour it? Haven't thought about that... Maybe...I haven't added the background because no one cared about it (or so I thought)."

Now that I look at this picture again though...his features are more those of a pure orc instead of a halfblood - I mean, whoa, just imagine what a pure orc would look like right now! Damian "GrayWolf" Fraustro replies: "I enjoy adding those backgrounds. Maybe his factions are more orcish. But remember that not all half-orcs look the same. This particular one favors his orcish half a little more..."
