Maybe it's just me.
Hmm. | |

| 27 Aug 2004 | Vigilante | Loading...Don't ask me why, but I decided to build this 'mech in Heavy Metal Pro. HMP is software that validates a 'mech desgin, based on crits, tonnage, and technology. Your loadout was a pain to put together, but it finally panned out.

I'm also thinking about doing a 3D version of it, if you'd let me.
Here's one of my 3D 'mechs. http://www.evula.org/vigilantisim/TermaThick.jpg

| 17 Feb 2006 | Brad Rivera | Loading...O.O Gasp! I was beginning to think I was the only one left on earth familiar with BattleTech/MechWarrior... *sigh* (As a side note, CURSE YOU MICROSOFT!)
Picture looks alright... really hard to tell a good concept though, just from the front profile. Are the legs standard, or back-canted (chickenwalker)?
Seems to me this design would overheat pretty easily - also, for a 60-tonner, the loadout seems a tad light... not that it wouldn't do damage, but I wouldn't call any of the weapons a real "knockout" punch... I dunno. All depends on the skill of the pilot I suppose. Which 'Mech game were you basing the construction on? | |
