| This poem I wrote a few years ago for a class. It's about a town that ends up on the wrong side of a dragon. |

Upon the wind flies the great terror,
Miscalculation was the error.
The nearby town forgot their share,
A simple tithe, one maiden fair.
Simple town, based on farming,
Do you feel the slow air warming?
Soon, the screams will rent the air,
What dark creature meets this dare?
The little town is engulfed in flame,
Dragons will always stay the same.
