Tag As FavoriteComment		...many miles to go! You remember that scene in the Extended Edition of the Fellowship of the Ring where they are dancing on the tables in The Green Dragon singing that song? This is what happens when they have a contest to see who can hold the note the longest! I think Sam is either embarassed, or has had too much ale, or both. Actually I think they've all had a little too much ale. And Frodo looks as though he's strangling himself. They'll be fine when they get air, honestly. Ah well, I know the poses could be better but I'm working on stuff like that...

haahaha I think if Lij were losing his breath that he would actually grip at his neck like you've shown! Pip looks like he's about to faint, yet Merry seems to still be able to stand with one foot planted on each table without losing balance and falling over. I think Merry would win this "contest" because of that.. seems to be doing well and his arms and legs look stable enough and relaxed. It looks like The Gaffer and the other elder hobbits got up from the table, sick of the noise, leaving Sam to sit and watch his friends make ninny's of themselves. *applauses Sam*

hi i love that part of the movie me and my friends always sing it when we are out drinking and does anyone know the words to the song merry and pippi sing in rotk whilst they are at rohan and they are dancing on the tables i know it is about the beer they drink and they only like the ale from the green dragon and the song ends as "IT COMES FROM THR GREEN DRAGON!" i really want to lyrics if anyone knows could u tell me thanks
