Ok you want some consturctive crit (i already commented on a few of your pics, and didn't leave much) your people dont look much like people....(they;re not really that bad...that probably sounded kinda mean) it's just the porportions are a bit off..but an art course or something would fix that. also i've noticed you don't use that much shading, believe me it really helps.
