I think this is my favorite in your gallery. You are right, there is a feeling of movement, action, in the picture. Great job.

I like this kind of pictures, they always have a dark look to them. I can't seem to get that look on shadows, heck, I can't even do shadows. Anyway, it's a very good picture. Claps for you, and just to make people happy, first comment dance.

of course it has motion! the background does all the work....its perfect....I love this kind of pics...more of these is what I like to see in your gallery...

Great pic! I can see what you mean about the motion of the picture. Good background that doesn't draw attention away from the druid. The detail of the staff's head draws your eyes straight to it, and then you naturally follow the staff to the hands of the druid. Nicely done, great composition and detail!

Another thing: So i'm not the only person that got into trouble for drawing, then spent detention drawing some more... ::Laughs:: I also listen to music, get inspired, then draw to my heart's content... Even if it *does* result in getting in trouble for drawing in class... O_0 it's alright. It makes the art that much better for being done during a "forbidden" time. ::Cracks up:: Rock on!

So here I am. took me long enough! Really like the mod the brown black background gives it. is that done with the computer or is that some pastel crayon??

OoOoOOO .. i really like this piece, in some ways more than your skele-bob one, mainly because i of the motion and it emanates this wonderful power, the fact that you can hardly see this blokes face, that the background is quite dark and draws attention to the figure and it's areas of highlights. I think the staff is wonderful, it looks like it's almost glowing.

Very cool, mysterious and dark!
I know what you mean about drawing in school, I'm another that does it, mostly when I'm bored or need something to take my mind off my worries. I also don't like people to watch me draw until I've finished it and sometimes drawing helps me to escape the world for a while.
Anyway, Great picture - Keep ignoring you teachers and you'll go far!

It does help you escape the world of worries and it is irritating when someone disturbs you and draws you back to the real world by looking while you draw.
