  | A design for a Tsáärá:èn control tower-like sattelite base. It has room and work for four employees, which are transported to and from the planet surface by small vessels designed for the purpose, which come in through the entrance hatch on the bottom floor. The employees work in the base for sixty standard days, after which they return to the surface to work there while four new employees work on the sattelite. The function of this thing is to control spacecraft traffic to and from the planet, and to tell incoming ships where they can land. |
