I like this one, I think there's a definete militaristic air about her in this one, very precise and I agree that it looks crisper (though the coloured one is good too).
There's a slight change in your style, mostly around the face - but I can't place what it is. Nevermind, I can come bck again if I think of it.
I still love Menolly's mask - must draw her some time, nothing like fan art to show the popularity of a character 12
