This was a commission - my first, actually. Spent a lot of time on it, compared to most of mine. And there's a huge story behind it, though it's not exactly mine to tell. As always - give me comments! I love comments! I also love cross hatching - if you've been to my gallery before, you've seen the preponderance of stright line drawings, some paint-by-numbered in with color, but as of late I've been seriously going into all these fun little lines. Great way to make boring lectures fly by, might I add... Edit: According to the moderators, I need to translate the latin in order to keep this picture. According to the requesting party, 'Quietus Est' means 'It is finished/quit', but I really cannot verify that translation.

This is a wonderful composition, with the sweeping lines and the character interaction. As always, I like your hatching technique (it takes much more patience than I have 2, but I especially love the child in the back. You've really captured a sense of insecurity, there. The guy in the foreground looks fiercly protective and the whorls promote a feeling chaos on the brink of erupting. I'd really like to see more like this.

Once again you've managed to utterly amaze me with your talent. This looks like an image that would go great as a poster, cover art, or even as a title screen for a video game. It transefers emotions and ideas, chaos, strength, weakness, fearlessness, fright, excitement, speed, skill, protection, and innocence. I would love to have this on my wall!

GREAT! Nice swirlies(No, not THOSE kind of swirlies), and I like the "I'm-gonna-protect-you" expression on the Nocker's face. The childling is beyond cute!

I don't know alot about art honestly. But I know I don't know anyone that can draw this well. Especially such interesting characters.

Having just re-watched it, he rather reminds me of Hugh Jackman in X-Men. Fancy that.

XD I need to brush up on my latin (if that's what it was originally meant to be) I'm guessing it means "Be quiet" or "He must be quiet" but I'm leaning more toward the former. Great expressions!

Hum... this is an idea: What about a collaboration? May you be interested in some team-working changeling art?

Yeah, I've loved this one, and I would feel honoured to work with someone with your skills.
