Your Lord of the Rings pictures are beautiful, really insightful and detailed! Keep up the good work!

Heyy, I like the detail in your art! it's really imaginative and interesting. Have you thought of using watercolours or w'colour pencils? They give you that same luminous colour you seem to use a lot. Bye now!

Your work on Tolkien is really great! I love the way you drew Fangorn, his eyebrows are excellent! 12 And thanks for your comment!

Small world Shropshire huh i'm from there Telford to be more precise. Great gallery you got plenty of colour and you seem very skilled with coloured pencils. My only advice is to work on anatomy a bit but i carn't really talk i need to work on anatomy myself.

It's funny how you mention Shropshire and everyone starts relating to it=) I studied in Birmingham myself, lol. Back to the art. I looked at quite a number of your pieces and I find that you have a talent of intricate details. Your perspectives and colouring also show great potential. In short, I think you could produce the kind of professional work that is saturated with details, technical finesse, and features exquisite sharpness. However when I click on a promising thumbnail, i often find that your pictures are let down by a lack of finish, your details are often hurriedly drawn, or sometimes to save time you photoshop the sky rather than to colour it in. It compromises the quality of your work. I know it takes a lot of effort (coming from someone who also works full time), but it also really makes a difference. Do take it as constructive advice, as I would really love to see you become a great artist.

He, he, I was in Partners the stationers in Telford this afternoon buying a laminator for my ACEO cards and I was talking to the lad who served me about fantasy art and he asked me if I'd heard of Elfwood because a friend of his had a gallery there. So I came by to look and am glad I did, you have a lot of my favourite characters here.
(Reading up your comment list it looks like there's more of us than I thought)
