I looked at quite a number of your pieces and I find that you have a talent of intricate details. Your perspectives and colouring also show great potential. In short, I think you could produce the kind of professional work that is saturated with details, technical finesse, and features exquisite sharpness. However when I click on a promising thumbnail, i often find that your pictures are let down by a lack of finish, your details are often hurriedly drawn, or sometimes to save time you photoshop the sky rather than to colour it in. It compromises the quality of your work. I know it takes a lot of effort (coming from someone who also works full time), but it also really makes a difference. Do take it as constructive advice, as I would really love to see you become a great artist.

So I came by to look and am glad I did, you have a lot of my favourite characters here. (Reading up your comment list it looks like there's more of us than I thought)
