Hello. I wanted to let u know that one of your pics has sinspired me to create. LOL I hope my version of your mother earth pic dosent anoye u too much. Not sure when it will be posted but her name is willow. If it does anoye then i will make her fade ( pouty face ) love the new stuff and cant wait to see more.

Well, it’s probably quite obvious that I missed the deadline and did not get a new colored piece put in the queue. In fact, I am completely starting over on the Myee pic because I somehow went way off the mark where my original inspiration was leading me and the pic has dissolved into chaos. I think I rushed and now I am paying the price for not letting the artwork lead me. *sigh*

The worst part is that I still have what I want solidly in my mind and I get a thrill each time I think about it because the effect I’m going for is so alluring to my artistic sense, but I just can’t relax! Argh! It’s almost as if I have too much inspiration going on in my head and I can’t stop the whirlwind long enough to settle on one project. I’ve even tried working on different things, but it’s the same no matter what.

However, I am determined to work thru this phase and using good, old-fashioned discipline to get myself back in line. So, don’t stress. Just bear with me and I’ll get my head straight. At least I am still able to laugh at myself so I know I’m not crazy... yet! *lol*

In the meantime, I’m thinking of posting some of my non-genre stuff. It would be fun to have an Other Works area anyway and I haven’t posted anything in way too long.

Glo 'the Bug' Bowden replies: "Sadly, I have not seen Avatar yet. My weekend was commandeered by my friends for our annual Valentine’s Day Princess Party. (basically us girls without boyfriends get together, wear formal gowns, eat food, and watch a princess movie...oh, and take lots of pictures, that’s very important).

Ack! I did not mean to rush you! And, as you can see, I’ve failed my own challenge also. However, I did start working on the final painting of a set that’s been 4 years in the finishing. Gots to get it done before I leave!

No rush! Noooo rush! i’m still here for another...what? 5 weeks? But who’s counting? - even if it takes longer than that, you can always send me a printed version of it...
