Something in me wanted to turn it all Sepia, but I didn’t like that either. I basically combined the color and the sepia, toned it all down with greens, and voila! "

Nope didnt get notice of this......this is such a neat picture.....it reminds me of a similar picture(pose-wise) i did for my cousin and i with our characters Ash and Star....though i drew the picture a long time ago when i wasn’t an elfwood member and Ash looked nothing like me....i think you did a great job on this...

Come to think of it that picture is still somewhere in the back of my cousin’s art book..

Well, I gushed over this in my email, but I don’t mind repeating myself AT ALL.

You did a fantastic job of not only capturing the spirit of the characters, but everything they represent to me. You can immediately tell that these are two fast friends who will stand by each other, thru thick and thin. No one would dare stand in the way of this formidable duo... well, a few baddies did, but boy did they live to regret it! Actually, a few of them didn’t live. *bwahahaha*

I also have to correct the fact that I didn’t mention the cardinal in the email, but it means so much to me that you made sure to include that special detail in with the rest of the awesomness.

I love everything about this and I will treasure it always!

By the way, I did get an email for this one. Perhaps the system is starting to get it’s act together. Yay!

And I shall say again...I am so-so-so-so-so-so-SO super stoked that you like this! I wanted so badly to repay you, even a smidge, for everything you’ve done. And I know how important characters like these two can be...a real link to the past, and a link to important people from the past.

Kira and Mara are such an awesome pair. And I couldn’t help but include the cardinal. He was just too fun to draw...so fat and sassy and content with hisself.

Unfortunately Glo I’d redraw the picture before i ever upload the original thing...A- i dont have it B- its older than skylins old picture which is only up next to his new one to show my improvement and thats the only reason i’d post that picture...heh...i’m still tempted though...just to show people how bad i used to draw...but still that picture is nowhere near one of my first which were basically circles and two sticks for body. triangle at the bottom for girl...but alas i threw all those away in my madness....

I know these two are friends and all, but this whole gives me the feel of two people being in the middle of threatening each other when someone takes their picture and they try to hide whats going on.

The smile on the one on the right, just has that look of nervous "oh gods, when that guy walks away she is going to stab me."

Egads! I can totally picture these guys sporting black eyes and scuffed chins in this portrait! *lol*

They’ve had some extremely heated arguments and clashes over tactics, but they haven’t yet resorted to blades! Their friendship can handle a few disagreements. Besides, what’s a couple of shiners between friends?
