	I hadn't used Open Canvas in a while, so I grabbed this pic and painted it as practice. I wanted a sketchy/painterly effect and that's what I got, so I was pretty happy :]

12 Mar 2003	Kate "Silverfish" Jennings	Loading... Freaky! The Mummy meets Scheherezade! Great pic, great style. I love this style - only know a few artists who can pull it off (and you seem to be one) and it's what first convinced me that there is an argument for digital art/colouring. That headdress is amazing - great drawing, great colouring, very interesting texture. I certainly won't be asking to put her up on my desktop (those eyes would give me nightmares!) but a very attractive piece of work (I may, however, try to track down those earrings).
13 Apr 2003	Bonnie Sanborn	Loading... Kathleen is right - VERY creepy eyes. They almost seem to glow. Great job on the wrappings and the color. Also, you did a very good job outlining the skullcap part of her headdress. A lot of people have trouble with the shape of the head if there's no hair to soften it up.
