This is completely amazing! I love how her hair and gown are flying about her. The shading and colors are wonderful! And I love the background as well! This is a great Galadriel, portraying her as I thought her to be, beautiful and powerful. Also, the eyes are completely amazing!

It is nicely done. With the perspective you should see her lower dress or feet under the fountain, but I guess you did not compose it with room for that.
