| 18 Apr 2008 | Anca Raluca Sandu | Loading...I don’t know if this was or not inspired from the old Nosferatu movie, but the character does resemble count Orlok (Dracula) very good, or at least ho they made the actor look in the old, mute and monochrome movie. A good painting, reminds me of the older times of the cinematic history... a classical and almost undying character Cassavius Cleynghelt replies: "It was painted over a picture of Max Schreck, the actor that played Orlok in Murnau’s Nosferatu. | 11 Jul 2008 | Stephanie S. K. Marbach | Loading...i don’t know why but it made me think of tim burton... i like that freaky little fellow... very nice! it’s somehow weird though where the handles are of the bycicle... hmm.... Cassavius Cleynghelt replies: "I used two pictures, one of the Max Schreck and the other of a guy riding a boneshaker. The handles are pretty much were the hands are. " | |
