| Based on an RPG session between Sevvie (© Rachel Hull), Willow (© Julia Rashkovsky), Kanos, and Harmony. Told from the perspective of Sevvie Bloodraven. I'd like to mention that this has been edited from it's original format, and that the true story can be found on my private writing archive, Quill and Ink. You can also find more information about the story and it's characters at Aslua Studios' first webcomic, Bowspirit's Aim. |

I didn't know he was allergic. Honest! It was all just fun and games up to that point...
My name is Sevvie Bloodraven, and I am a slave to myself. Yep, I'm a vamp with a soul...sorta. I mean, I'm a good vamp, not a bad vamp. Darren is good too, really! I'm also part of the cool beanz Bloodraven clan, as is my sire, Darren. We've both been called insane, but it's those durned leprichauns that are the insane ones. Greedy buggers, I think I'll kill em all someday. Gotta kill 'em all- Leprichaun!
Anyways, there was this one time, right, where we were fighting the evil Hellfyre clan, and that means Kanos and Willow. I was recruited into the Bloodraven clan because of Willow and the Hellfyres, but I'll talk about that one later. I was like, walking along and thinking of eating a lung or an intestine or two in front of a bunch of people, when I hear Harmony, this other girl in the Bloodravens. She's cool. Blonde, like me, only a darker blonde. She also doesn't use that much magic and so I was really surprised when I saw her with this really cool magical looking staff with this really cute blood red gem on top.
Anyway, I was walking by this one dark storage place (why is it things like this always happen in a dark and abandoned storage place?) and I heard Harmony yelling, "What kind of fouls spell have they put you under?"
Then I hear Willow. She's cool, I grew up with her a bit, or so she thinks. I dunno, that would be kinda hard considering I'm like so much older than her. She has hair like mine only blue and the skimpiest outfit... it looks like a bikini that's two sizes too small. So Willow's all, "Foul spells?" in this really cold voice.
So I walk in, and Harmony spots me. "Sevvie!" she cried.
"That's me!"
Willow started to bitch, and boy did she. "Kanos tells me no lies, unlike you, who feeds upon them! I can't believe you, to think that I trusted you and thought that you were my friend when all you tried to do was sell me out to Acirema!" Her eyes got really watery.
Kanos stepped out of the shadows, and laughed. "Heh...heh...heh...two on two, that's fair enough, don't you think, Willow?" Kanos has issues. He has this outfit that's all red and his eyes are red, but his hair's black. Harmony was leaning heavily on her staff, and she never carries around a staff unless she's really badly injured, and it sounded like Kanos knew it.
Harmony stared at Kanos and Willow, but asked me with clenched teeth, "Sevvie, has Acirema taught you anything useful yet?"
"Umm... hey, I only know...umm..." I ticked off the names on my head, keeping track on my fingers, "Six spells, and I can't remember how to do one of 'em."
Willow put her arms around Kanos' neck. "Two on two...I think that's fair." Kanos smiled really evily, and even Spike never smiled that evily man. It was spooky. Harmony dropped her staff, and slowly bent down to pick it up. As she inched her hand towards the staff, Kanos stepped on her hand and dug his heel in. Harmony screamed. "You deserve it Harmony, for the weak scum of the earth you are. Oh, and if you live, tell Acirema that the demon has left and my destiny has been fufilled!"
Harmony glared at Willow with one eye barely open and the other tightly shut in pain. "If you continue this....you'll never be forgiven!" she hissed. I walked over and tapped her on the shoulder.
"Anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering, suffering leads to the Dark Side," I told her. She sighed.
"Just get it on, Sevvie!" Harmony hissed as Kanos continued to grind his heel into her hand. Ouchie. Willow grabbed some air, and a staff with a big purdy purple jeqel popped out of the air.
"'M'kay," I said, and began to concentrate on my spell, starting to glow a bright bluish- purple, while Willow was using her staff to fly up into the air. I wiggled my hards around in really cool gestures like Acirema had shown me.
Willow removed a small leather pouch from her breasts and carefully removed a small roundish black stone that sparkled and shined, reflecting light. I looked away from it cuz otherwise I'd lose my concentration. Harmony got her hand free and grabbed her staff, and Kanos stepped away and drew his sword slowly. Willow took the stone and flung it down to the ground, and Harmony raised her own staff into the air.
As the stone flung by Willow shattered, a bright flash of light burst from the stone, then a bunch of balls of energy got up from the light. Kanos stepped into the shadows and snarled.
I flung my hands into the air, and cried "SPIN OF THE SEA!"
"Uh..Kanos..there is no way that your gonna leave me here. Kanos...Kanos..." Willow whined.
Kanos snarled, "White light..." I guess white and holy stuff equals Kanos in pain.
Willow flung her balls of energy at me, and I rolled to the side, then she made them come back at me again.
Meanwhile, Harmony was holding her staff parrallel to her body and a bit of yellow sparky things that wouldn't go out and this pinkish mist was coming out of somewhere. The mist began to swirl around her body, and she spun the staff in the air. "Heavenly..." Harmony's red gem glowed bright green and she pointed it at Willow. "LANCE!" A bolt of bright green energy shot out of the staff and at Willow really fast. I ducked at the balls coming at me, and Willow tried to get out of the way, but the end of her staff with the purdy purple gem got torn off. Willow fell off her staff and got up again, and Harmony spun towards a large sound coming from behind us. "What the heck?!" she screamed as a large tornado thing of water, sea cucumbers, jellyfish, and lobsters came at us. The water cam crashingdown on Kanos and Willow, and they got soaked.
I giggled.
Kanos roared. "GEYAARRGHH!!!" He screamed, and he went flapping around like a mad chicken with its head cut off. "GET IT OFF GET IT OFF!!!" The lobsters and jellyfish were pinching everyone they could reach, which was, incidentally, Willow and Kanos.
Harmony smiled at me. "Way to go Sevvie! Hey, Willow, betcha didn't know that lover-boy was allergic to seafood!" Willow walked over to Harmony, trying to contain her laughter but failing badly.
"And Acirema gave me and F on that spell, can you believe it?!"
Harmony smiled again, and was like, "I'll tell Acirema to rais your grade on that one, Sevvie. Let's get out of here."
Suddenly, Willow stopped walking and laughing, standing a few feet in front of Harmony and me. "Giving him an allergy attack and making him look like a cherry tomato.. does not excuse the fact that..." She paused a moment, then raised her voice. "That you were going to turn me in to Acirema."
Harmony blinked. "What the hell are you talking about?"
"And I would like you to know," Willow continued, not paying attention to Harmony at all, "that our friendship is no more. And don't you DARE lie to me."
"Acirema sent Cymru out to get you, not me."
I glanced over at Kanos, who was muttering to himself and wringing out his cape. It took all I had not to collapse into giggles at the sheer amount of RED that was he. Then, I found myself to be very wet. I turned back to Willow, who had apparently shook herself like a wet dog, getting both Harmony and I wet. "Ew.." I said, wrinkling my nose in disgust. "I'm all wet..."
Harmony sighed. "Come on, Sevvie, let's get outta here."
Willow walked over to Kanos, who was glaring at her for getting him wet once more, and pat him gently on the shoulder. "It's okay, baby, let's go home." They started for the other exit, the one that had been made by my spell -- which had worked beautifully, if I do say so myself -- when Willow glanced back to give a cold and eeevil glare in Harmony's direction. "That way I can start planning," she hissed, low enough so that Harmony wouldn't catch it, but with my superior hearing, I did.
I followed Harmony out the (very wet) door, and back towards the estate. Eventually, Harmony lowered herself onto a fallen log, wincing slightly. "You okay?" I asked.
Harmony winced again. "I'll be fine," she said, "just need to rest a bit."
"M'kay. Is it OK with you if I go off and find something to eat? I'm awfully hungry, those dratted leprechauns sapped all my strength." I twitched slightly, and Harmony chuckled.
"Feel free."
"See you later, then!" And that ended my beautiful victory over the very-allergic-to-seafood Kanos Hellfyre and his girlfriend, Willow. Aren't I great?
