SciFi and Fantasy Art Cold Angel by Claire M.E. Gibson

This is an angel that lives in a world of Ice. She is a charcter in my book. (chapter two.)This isn't really how I imagened her to look like, I can never see the faces or figures of characters in my book. But I know this isn't right. I will re-do it sometime, at the moment this could be anyone. Even the symbol doen't seem to fit the description. I am currently redong this. Please tel me what you would like see improved, or what you got from the description i could include, as as I have said befoe rI can't actually visualise her. Goto my gallery, and 'scraps'to look at it in process, and give me critisicm onhow this could be improved. Thanx. A4 135gsm coloured pencils

6 Mar 2004	Laura Michelle 'Celebanna' Billson	Loading... You've got the eyes in the right place on the pic. Yay! Ok, as for colouring, trying toning it, or if you prefer, shading it a bit. Try mixing in different colours into the highlights and the shadows and I think you'll notice a great improvement in the quality of colours. Claire M.E. Gibson replies: "Thankyou, I have trouble colouring my work, yours is amazing! I will try this next time "
2 May 2004	Kyle Steeves	Loading... Ah yes, would it be the Women in purple from the dream? Again as Laura had said before, blending, and layering is good, I actualy hate coloring my work so I aint the best at it, hopefuly I can get some colored works up when I get some good coloring pencils. Can you see how the color lets you see the grading of the paper, the liitle bumpy things, The best way to get rid of that is layering and use more then one color so you can get highlights and deeper colors. Otherwize good job. Claire M.E. Gibson replies: "YaY, people are helping me with colour! I'm rubbish at it, so thanx! Yep, it is the women from his dreams, but it didn't come out like I imagined her, may do a better version sometime..."
