This is one of my favorite pictures of Rondar ever, despite the few (very minor) problems and the very unapproachable glare...The simpler robes work, in my mind, 'cause I look at it like this -- that fancy stuff would be more for ceremonial purposes, whereas this is the adventuring garb...Maybe I'm crazy!
