Is this one of your earlier works? Well, anyway, the face shape is off a bit, too triangular. It should also be more distorted than it is, or am I wrong? I'm not really sure. Good job on the nose though and the shading of the face. Eyes are too close together it seems. Goodness, did you realize that it looks like the two eyes make up too different faces? one of them has a really big chin and seems to be laughing (the one on the right) and the other is just staring.
