Whosoever speaketh of Cthulhu shall remember that he but seemeth dead; he sleeps, and yet he does not sleep; he has died, and yet he is not dead; asleep and dead though he is, he shall rise again. Sepia version.

This is too great, since I dreamt of him I have a strage weakness for Cthulhu. How is snuggles onto the sunken ship 2 is almost cute and I love the relaxed even content expression on his closed eyes.

Okay stay with me here... I see a big octopus, and I see a giant body with wings, and it looks like it's cuddling with a ship. Soo... is the octopus the head of the dragon looking thing? Because as cool as it looks, I'm still confused. *.*

Excellent! I like this, particularly the uncomplicated style in which it is done. As simple as the techniques are from a strictly technical viewpoint, it appears this piece must have been maddeningly time consuming. I can't help but suspect that you are very satisfied with the outcome and I'm certain He-Whose-Name-Must-Not-Be-Spoken would greatly approve...

Yes the 'octopus thing' as you call it is the head of Cthulhu. Cthulhu is from the works of H.P. Lovecraft. Terry Pratchett described him as the flipside of the coin on which good and evil are the same side.

Aww...Cthulhu's sleeping with a boat! XD
Very, VERY detailed. Nicely done. It hurts my brain.

Aww man, that's a sweet pic. At first you can't quite make out what it is, which makes it all the more creepier when you do. Just like it should be. Awesome picture of Chtulhu and boy, those details musta taken forever. Keep it up.
