I might, if I were you, have picked out a bit of colour on the figure's robe, or something, just faintly, to add another level of interest.

| 9 Dec 2003 | Zachariah Campbell | Loading...DUDE! This is awesome... comparisons to Moebius are appropos... but it doesn't seem deriviative. I'm stunned. I saw hints of this style emerging in your work when I was visiting in the summer, but you've really worked it with the colours and light here. Not sure if it needs any more colour like Maya suggested... looks good now... conveys a particular tone. Man, between you and Matt, I'm just feeling stagnant now. Jerks. | |
| 12 Feb 2004 | Matthew Goodmanson | Loading...Wow. Now this is what I find your work has been lacking. Color theory, you have down. Light and Shadow... you have down. Composition, same. But your lines often seemed so hesitant. This is brilliant and easily one of my favorite pieces of yours. The black lines do SO much to bringup the strength of the entire picture. Very impressive.
I'm kind of feeling a little stagnant myself now.
