Mister Epps is one of The Five, malevolent beings of god-like power. He is the only one of The Five to have gained his power for reasons of pleasure alone - he loves the capacity for torturing others that he now possesses. Here we see him observing some creature in distress whilst sipping on a goblet filled with the tears of children. (You may not be able to see this in the picture, but Mister Epps' eyes and mouth are sewn shut)
